I placed a significant order on 4/28/21. I had to call back on 4/29 because there was an issue with billing. The rep I was dealing with said she re-issued the SAME EXACT order as the day before, but under a different order #... I was getting several lotions etc in my order and had a BIRTHDAY GIFT coupon as well... About a week later -my order arrives missing 2 of the items. One being the BIRTHDAY gift - the other a day cream. When I called - i was told the day cream was on back order. There was NO COMMUNICATION of this and if I did not call -how would I know? The BIRTHDAY GIFT was an over sight and they were sending it out AGAIN on 4/29. Here it is 5/24 (almost a MONTH later) and still NO Birthday Gift OR Night lotion. This makes me NOT want to deal with this company any further! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I sent an email AGAIN asking about my missing items and was not given any assistance. Told to call to speak to a useless REP.
Happy Birthday to me... NOT!

I placed two orders last week when I was offered bonus full sized gifts, one full size make up I can choose and one moisturizing gel.
The first ordered I received had no makeup (lipstick) that I chose. Emailed the customer service and being told that only one gift can be given. I went back to my email notification. The lipstick gift mysteriously disappeared from the packing list.
However, the second ordered I received had a different issue. The bonus make up and the moisturizing gel were both there. But the make up is a gift sample, not the full size one as promised and shown in the order notification. The gift sample has a dlcheaper package and no applications sponges ( in my case it is an eye shadow pallette). I am not sure if the weight is the same or different. Everyone knows that the full size regular makeup has a higher value than the GWP.
For this order I have the proof of what I ordered and the picture of the promised gift.
I bought these for my mom and I told her what she will be getting. It is very disappointing.

I use these products more than 4 years. All of them are really helpful and great in use. The best one is face cleanser. Thank u for your exsisting.

I usually love Clinique products and have been a customer for 44 years. The Clinique Canada website, not so much. I wrote a review that described my recent experience with this website, and it topped 1,000 words. The précis: a website I find frustrating; an online chat service that doesn't always work, for me; and a phone line that somehow breaks me up, a problem I don't have with other numbers; problems with an order I found difficult to resolve. I'm not sure whether I'll continue to buy Clinique anywhere, but for me the online store isn't worth the grief.

Regardless of the commodity, it is still of good quality. You pay extra, but the difference is visible on your face! I am normally allergic to face ingredients, but Clinique products do not irritate my skin in the least. I believe that different skin types need different items. And I'm well aware that one brand's goods would not suit everybody. However, almost all Clinique drugs are effective on me.

Great product. It does exactly what is says and leaves your skin feeling clean but not stripped.

I started using Clinique products about ten years ago. It happened by accident in Boots Chemist. I volunteered to sit in a chair and try their liquid foundation. The results were amazing. I`ve never used a liquid foundation before but it worked a miracle on my older skin. Our skin reflects the passage of time. I have some thread veins and sometimes rosacea on my face. This Clinique foundation is the only product on the market that will completely cover this up. It can easily take 10 to 15 years off my age, when I apply it. Much cheaper than paying for the services of a plastic surgeon! The products are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Judging by the bad reviews ( poor/bad 79% ) its a problem with online rather than in the stores. They need to sort this out because the products are excellent. The little free samples are very welcome. Just some trivia for you. Apparently Margaret Thatcher used Clinique. She wouldn`t use anything else. Before entering politics, she qualified as a chemist. I should imagine that she was familiar with the ingredients that went into making the products and so was confident enough to use the brand Clinique for her make-up. I`m no chemist but if you have aging skin and would like to "turn back the hands of time" a little, then Clinique is the product for you.

I adore this brand for its quality and big choice of the best beauty things for skin and body. On its site, there is a big choice for things for complex type of skin and I really like them.

I got Aromatics Elixir Riches as a gift from a friend. The scent was so nice and sweet. It was just a day late from the expected delivery. My friend called support and informed me of the why's. Overall, still great!

Due to its amazing assist, i actually love this internet site and its response time became very quick. Seriously beautiful

Had a lot of improvement in my skin since a use Clinique

I made an order Nov 25th for Christmas gifts 6 items total. on Nov 27th I recieved UPS tracking for 4 items and confirmation 4 items were delivered.
Christmas morning opening the gifts I realize 2 items are still missing and email customer service. I receive confirmation someone will contact me within 5-7 days.
January 10th and still no contact so I go "live" and speak to "James" send him my confirmation numbers and explain and he says its passed the 30 days for re ship, and then I attach my screenshots of the emails and complaint on Christmas Day and that no one has followed up.
Still missing the 2 items, over $50 worth of product. Have re sent an email asking for my missing items after failing to be able to speak to an actual human being about my order.
Extremely unhappy and disappointed and $50 short.
